Medical services are available by appointment from 7:30 am - 8 pm, Monday through Friday; and 8:45 am to 5 pm on Saturday.
Dental services are available by appointment 8:45 am - 7 pm, Monday through Friday; and 8:45 am - 4 pm on Saturday.
Pharmacy hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 am to 6:30 pm.
Behavioral Health Services are available on a limited basis. Appointments should be made by calling our Yakima BHS office at 509-453-1344..
WIC services are available by appointment 8:00 am-5:00 pm, Monday through Friday.
Most insurance plans, including Healthy Options, are accepted. Medicaid and Medicare are also accepted.
