Community Input on Elder Care

Yakima County residents who are caregivers for elderly family and friends are encouraged to take our Elder Care Survey. If you anticipate you may soon find yourself serving as a caregiver to an elderly individual, we would also like you to take the survey.

We serve more than 149,000 people across 24 medical clinics, 12 dental clinics, 8 pharmacies, and 59 programs in two states. Beyond medical care, we offer dental, orthodontia, optometry, nutritional counseling, autism screening and behavioral health services. We have a wide range of specialist health providers ready to help.

Paying for Your Care

We accept Medicaid, Medicare and most private health plans. Check with your local clinic if you have questions about your specific insurance coverage.

We are committed to making health care affordable and providing care regardless of citizenship or financial status. We offer a variety of special programs including a sliding fee discount for uninsured patients who meet income guidelines.

Qualifying for Assistance

The Yakima Valley Farm Workers Clinic does not deny access to services based on ability to pay. A discounted/sliding fee schedule is available for those without medical insurance or other healthcare coverage.
