Christy Trotter – CEO

Christy Trotter is a healthcare executive with over 25 years of experience. She spent most of her professional career at Yakima Valley Farm Workers Clinic (YVFWC), refining her skills, cultivating a command of budgetary opportunities, and sharing her expertise across the company. Trotter began her career at YVFWC in 1994 as a senior financial analyst and has risen through the ranks of controller, VP of Finance, CFO, and finally, CEO.

Her passion for the patients of YVFWC, coupled with her ability to simplify complex issues, have enabled her to quickly lead the organization to a productive post-pandemic status. She has successfully built trust and developed strong teams to solve problems and balance operational and financial priorities. She is compassionate about the needs of underserved communities and understands the vital importance of providing comprehensive healthcare to the communities YVFWC serves.
