Kristen Trottier became a Behavioral Health Consultant to address the growing mental health needs of her community. She enjoys working in partnership with patients to achieve their mental health and physical wellness goals. Kristen utilizes insights gained from psychology and neurobiology to develop practical strategies to help support patients in taking values-based actions to change their lives for the better. Her clinical interests include anxiety, depression, lasting effects from trauma, and stress management.
