About the VP of Operations
Micheal Young is Yakima Valley Farm Workers Clinic’s Vice President of Operations for the eastern region of the organization. Young is responsible for all clinic operations in the Eastern Region. The VP of Operations supports, manages, and directs organization initiatives, including delivering the highest quality Medical, Dental and Pharmacy services available, while always assuring the Yakima Valley Farm Workers Clinic mission, vision, and values are met. He is responsible for the coordination and oversight of clinical operations consistent with the programs developed that optimize best practices of the Patient Centered Medical Home.

Micheal has worked with YVFWC for thirteen years and sits on our EPIC and front office committees. With a Master of Business Administration, Young brought 20+ years of experience in health care operation and business administration to Yakima Valley Farm Workers Clinic.
