Sarah Guel, LMHC

As person of Hispanic descent, Sarah Guel has witnessed the barriers poor mental health can create within her community. She entered the behavioral health field to serve her community and be a provider with a familiar face. She wants people to understand mental health care is just as importance physical care. Sarah hopes her work can help plant seeds to make long lasting generational and cultural change. Her clinical interests include working with patients experiencing trauma, depression, and anxiety.
