Tammy Cook, LPC

Tammy Cook got into behavioral health because she wanted to help people have a healthy mind set and way of life. She enjoys helping people and likes it when a patient realizes what they need to do to help themselves get better. Her past work has mainly involved adolescents and adults, and she is looking forward to the opportunity to work with younger children. Tammy believes it’s important for people to be more open to mental health treatment and understand it is ok to reach out and ask for help.
