Paying for Your Care
We accept a wide variety of Medicaid, Medicare, and most private health plans. We are committed to making health care affordable and providing needed health care regardless of citizenship or financial status. We offer a variety of special programs including a sliding fee discount for uninsured patients who meet income guidelines.
There are several convenient options to pay for the care you received from Yakima Valley Farm Workers Clinic. You can use any of the following options:

How to Pay Your Bill
Pay in MyChart
Paying your bill online is a snap. Use MyChart’s billing section to view your outstanding balance and to make a payment.
Pay by Phone
To pay bills over the phone please call your clinic number or call the billing department at (509) 865-6175 ext. 2132.
Pay in Person

Frequently Asked Questions
In order to determine eligibility, we must see at least one of the following items:
- If you file taxes, a copy of your latest tax return is required
- If you have not filed taxes, check stub copies from your place of employment are required
- If you are receiving public assistance, unemployment, or other financial assistance, documentation is required
- If you are unemployed and receive no assistance, you will be asked to sign a letter of affidavit
