Pay for your care

We offer several convenient options to pay for the care you received from Yakima Valley Farm Workers Clinic. You can use any of the following options to pay your hospital and clinic bills:

  • Cash (payable in person only)
  • Check (please include your account number on the check)
  • Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express)

We accept a wide variety of Medicaid, Medicare, and most private health plans. We are committed to making health care affordable and providing needed health care regardless of citizenship or financial status. We offer a variety of special programs including a sliding fee discount for uninsured patients who meet income guidelines.

Frequently asked questions.

In order to determine eligibility, we must see at least one of the following items:

  • If you file taxes, a copy of your latest tax return is required
  • If you have not filed taxes, check stub copies from your place of employment are required
  • If you are receiving public assistance, unemployment, or other financial assistance, documentation is required
  • If you are unemployed and receive no assistance, you will be asked to sign a letter of affidavit
