Paying for your care
We provide a variety of payment options. We accept personal checks, credit cards, cash, and money orders.
Existing patients pay by logging into MyChart. Go to the ‘Billing’ link and select ‘Billing Summary’, then click ‘Pay Now’. Patients can enter the amount they would like to pay and enter credit card or bank information. There will be an opportunity to confirm or change your payment details; you must click ‘Submit Payment’ to confirm and finalize the payment.
We accept a wide variety of Medicaid, Medicare, and most private health plans. We are committed to making health care affordable and providing needed health care regardless of citizenship or financial status. We offer a variety of special programs including a sliding fee discount for uninsured patients who meet income guidelines.
In order to determine eligibility, we must see at least one of the following items:
- If you file taxes, a copy of your latest tax return is required
- If you have not filed taxes, check stub copies from your place of employment are required
- If you are receiving public assistance, unemployment, or other financial assistance, documentation is required
- If you are unemployed and receive no assistance, you will be asked to sign a letter of affidavit
