What is the Pharmacy Portal?
The Pharmacy Portal is a service allowing you to refill your current prescriptions online through the Yakima Valley Farm Workers Clinic website.

What information is available on the Pharmacy Portal?
The Pharmacy Portal currently gives our patients the ability to either check the status or request a prescription refill conveniently online, safely and securely.

  • Request prescription refills.
  • Check prescription statuses such as:
    --Is my prescription ready for pick up?
    --How many refills do I have left?
  • Ability to send a note to the Pharmacist regarding your current prescription.
  • Transfer to a YVFWC Pharmacy from an outside pharmacy.
    --Note: In order to transfer your prescription to one of our pharmacies, your provider has to be at one of our clinics, or you have to have a referral on file from one of our providers.

How do I find my Prescription (Rx) number?

The Rx (prescription) number is located directly under the Yakima Valley Farm Workers Clinic logo on the upper left hand side of the label.

What if I can’t locate my Rx number because I no longer have my medication bottle?  

  • If you can't locate your Rx number because you no longer have your medication bottle, you may call your local pharmacy (see numbers below). One of our call center agents will be happy to assist you.

Are there things I can't do on the Pharmacy Portal?

Yes, you will not be able to:

  • Request a prescription that was not originally prescribed by your doctor.
  • Request or schedule an appointment.
  • See your medical records.
  • Find out the cost of your prescription.

Is there a fee to use the Pharmacy Portal?

No. The Pharmacy Portal is provided as a courtesy to you and its use is optional. While some offices charge for this service, we are focused on providing the highest level of service and healthcare.

How is the Pharmacy Portal secure?

Your information is private, secure and protected in accordance with privacy laws including HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act.)

How do I sign up for the Pharmacy Portal?

There’s no user name or password needed. It's very simple! As long as you can access the internet, you can visit the Pharmacy Portal. In order to use the check status and request a refill feature, all you would need is the prescription number from your medication bottle that was previously filled at any of our seven locations. The Rx number is located directly under the Yakima Valley Farm Workers Clinic logo on the upper left hand side of the label.
