Reach Out & Read

The Reach Out and Read program is designed to help parents understand the importance of reading to their children 20 minutes a day. Books are given to the children by their physician starting at 6 months to 5 years of age.

In Washington, services are offered in Benton, Yakima and Walla Walla counties (Grandview, Prosser, Toppenish, Walla Walla, Wapato and Yakima.) In Oregon, services are offered in Marion County (Salem and Woodburn.)
