With our new Rosewood Family Health Center, we will greatly expand our ability to serve our community . With integrated services including medical, dental, WIC, behavioral health, and pharmacy, our new Rosewood Family Health Center will meet many needs, all under one roof, while offering many more patients a new primary care home. Rosewood Family Health Center is is committed to serving patients, regardless of their ability to pay. We off er a sliding fee scale for patients without insurance coverage. Most insurance plans, including Oregon Health Plan, are accepted. Medicaid and Medicare are also accepted.
