The friendly staff at the Community Health Center of Clatskanie is ready to help. Our highly trained team of health care professionals offer a wide range of services, including:
- Care for kids and adults
- Sports physicals
- Mail-delivery prescription services
- Referrals for dental care, mental health doctors, substance abuse therapy, and other specialized care
We take most insurance plans, including Medicaid and Medicare. If you need translation for a language (including sign language) our staff does not speak, we will arrange translation for you for no charge.
