Workshops to help you manage your asthma

Learn how to manage your asthma better at one of our workshops. They are available online or in person, depending on your location, and are offered monthly. We have workshops for children, teenagers, and adults and all workshops are available in English and Spanish. Fill out our online interest form to learn more.

First Steps supports pregnant women and newborn babies in Washington by showing you how to use medical, social, educational, and other local resources that can help during your pregnancy.

This program helps Spanish-speaking parents help their kids do better in school and avoid child abuse or neglect.

Maternity Case Management

Our Maternity Case Management program gives Oregon women at-home or in-office access to a Community Health Nurse, a Behavioral Health Specialist, a Community Health Worker, and a Registered Dietitian during pregnancy and after delivery.
