Safe Haven provides many Senior Services.

Stay Active and Independent for Life (SAIL)

SAIL is a strength, balance, and fitness class for adults 65 and older. This free class can help you stay active, independent, and reduce the chance of falls. This program is recommended by doctors and led by trained instructors. Make new friends and get out of the house three days a week.

Walk With Ease

The Arthritis Foundation’s Walk With Ease program is proven to reduce the pain of arthritis and improve your overall health. This program offers:

  • Six-week recreational and educational exercise program
  • Includes a guidebook and a walking schedule
  • Gets you safely moving toward better health
  • Limited class size
  • Led by certified instructors

Supporting families outside of the exam room.

Chronic Disease Self-Management

You might have a chronic disease, but it doesn’t have to define you. We can show you ways to deal with your condition and feel more confident about taking care of yourself and staying active. Classes are taught in English and Spanish.

First Steps

First Steps supports pregnant women and newborn babies in Washington by showing you how to use medical, social, educational, and other local resources that can help during your pregnancy.

Los Niños Bien Educados

This program helps Spanish-speaking parents help their kids do better in school and avoid child abuse or neglect.

Maternity Case Management

Our Maternity Case Management program gives Oregon women at-home or in-office access to a Community Health Nurse, a Behavioral Health Specialist, a Community Health Worker, and a Registered Dietitian during pregnancy and after delivery.

Parents as Teachers

Parents as Teachers lets you learn helpful tips from other parents who have already faced some of the issues you’re dealing with.
