WIC Program

Nutrition for woman and child. The Women, Infants, and Children (WIC) service is a health and nutrition program that helps mothers and kids ages 5 or younger get food, health care, and nutrition education.

Chronic Disease Self-Management

Manage your chronic condition. Taking Control of Your Health is a six week, once a week, 2.5-hour workshop for adults with chronic health conditions. If you want to learn tools to manage your condition and improve your quality of life, this workshop is for you.

Washington only. Resources for mom and baby. First Steps supports pregnant women and newborn babies by showing you how to use medical, social, educational, and other local resources that can help during your pregnancy.

Help your child in learning. This program helps Spanish-speaking parents help their kids do better in school and avoid child abuse or neglect.

Maternity Case Management

Oregon only. Helping pregnant women. Our Maternity Case Management program gives Oregon women at-home or in-office access to a Community Health Nurse, a Behavioral Health Specialist, a Community Health Worker, and a Registered Dietitian during pregnancy and after delivery.
