Outdoor Adventure Program
The Outdoor Adventure Program aims to provide meaningful outdoor experiences for youth who have little or no access to Washington’s State and National Parks.
Supporting families outside the exam room
In addition to our specialist doctors, you can also inquire about our related programs. These programs can offer guidance, peer support, and financial assistance to help you and your family grow.
Chronic Disease Self-Management
You might have a chronic disease, but it doesn’t have to define you. We can show you ways to deal with your condition and feel more confident about taking care of yourself and staying active. Classes are taught in English and Spanish.
First Steps
First Steps supports pregnant women and newborn babies in Washington by showing you how to use medical, social, educational, and other local resources that can help during your pregnancy.
Los Niños Bien Educados
This program helps Spanish-speaking parents help their kids do better in school and avoid child abuse or neglect.
Maternity Case Management
Our Maternity Case Management program gives Oregon women at-home or in-office access to a Community Health Nurse, a Behavioral Health Specialist, a Community Health Worker, and a Registered Dietitian during pregnancy and after delivery.
Parents as Teachers
Parents as Teachers lets you learn helpful tips from other parents who have already faced some of the issues you’re dealing with.
