The friendly staff at Rosewood Family Health Center located in Powell is ready to help. Our highly trained team of health care professionals offer a wide range of services, including:

  • Doctor care for kids and adults
  • Mental health counseling and therapy
  • Prenatal and postpartum care
  • Immunizations for kids and adults
  • Sports physicals

We take most insurance plans, including Medicaid and Medicare. Many of our staff are bilingual, if you need translation for a language (including sign language) our staff does not speak, we will arrange translation for you for no charge.

This 35,000 sqft clinic will offer 32 exam rooms for medical services, dental, nutrition services (including WIC), pharmacy, and an onsite lab.
