Rauch joins YVFWC leadership in Grandview and Sunnyside

Yakima Valley Farm Workers Clinic (YVFWC) is pleased to announce Ashleigh Rauch as the new Clinic Director for Grandview Medical-Dental Clinic and Mountainview Women’s Health in Grandview, and Sunnyside Immediate Care in Sunnyside.

Originally from Walla Walla, Rauch has lived in the state all her life. From Tri-Cities to Seattle, she has worked in the health care field for more than 10 years. Most recently Rauch served as a clinic manager for a health center in the Seattle area.

She comes to Yakima Valley Farm Workers Clinic with a bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration with a focus in health management and will complete her MBA this spring.

“I wanted to continue working in the non-profit healthcare field, and Yakima Valley Farm Workers Clinic came with a prestigious reputation,” Rauch said. “I was very impressed with the organization and the peers I will be working with.”

Rauch says most of all, she’s passionate about working with an organization that adopts the Patient Centered Medical Home model of care.

“My passion is to work with populations that need us, with the people who wouldn’t have care if we weren’t here,” she added. “What’s most exciting for me is that our patients can come to our clinic and receive many services all in one place.”

That’s what brought Rauch to Grandview. After meeting the staff and providers at the Grandview area clinics, she was even more impressed.

“The peer-to-peer interaction and the talent alone in our clinics is incredible,” she added.

In her free time, Rauch loves to travel the world, scuba dive, and sky dive.
