Beware of Fake MyChart Messages

We are aware of fraudulent email messages using the MyChart name and branding to try to collect personal, financial, or account information.

These scams may:

• Offer a free Medicare, wellness, or senior health kit
• Claim you have urgent or concerning test results
• Ask you to click a link to sign in to MyChart
• Request your password, verification code, insurance information, or payment information
• Ask you to pay a small shipping fee
• Ask you to download software or take unusual steps to access your account

If you receive an unexpected MyChart email message, do not use the link in the email.

Instead, open the MyChart app (for iOS(opens in new tab) or Android(opens in new tab)) or visit our website and access MyChart from there. If you are unsure whether an email message is legitimate, contact your clinic using a phone number you know and trust.

If you entered your MyChart password through a suspicious link, change your password immediately.
