The Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) has recognized us as a Health Center Quality Leader, ranking us in the top 20% of health centers in the nation. With this award, we are celebrated as being an:

  • Access Enhancer: increased the total number of patients served and received at least one comprehensive service by 5%.
  • Health Disparities Reducer: Received the Access Enhancer badge and served patients in all racial/ethnic groups who have a 10% improvement in low birth weight, hypertension, or uncontrolled diabetes.
  • Advancer of Health Information Technology for Quality: Met criteria in improving services in telehealth, patient engagement, and collection of health disparities to increase access and advance the quality of care.
  • Patient-Centered Medical Home: PCMH recognition in one or more birth delivery sites.
