Provider Recruitment

Practice With Purpose

Health care has changed a lot in the past half century. A new generation of care providers has arrived, bringing fresh ideas, new technology, better ways to treat you and your family.

Why Yakima Valley Farm Workers Clinic?

At Yakima Valley Farm Workers Clinic, we believe you are more than a healthcare provider, and we are more than a job.  Since 1973, we have been transforming communities through compassionate care that eliminates barriers to health and well-being.

Mission-Driven Medicine

Practice medicine the way it should be, focused on patients, not profits. As an FQHC, we are a patient-centered medical practice where you will build lasting relationships with patients and families who truly need you.

Teaching Opportunities

Pay it forward. Precept the next generation of health care providers. Many of our clinics host students from medical, dental, pharmacy, nursing, and PA programs, as well as family medicine residents completing their training.

Team Based Care

You are never alone. Work alongside dedicated medical assistants, behavioral health and dental professionals, pharmacists, care coordinators, and specialists, focused on comprehensive patient care.

Full-Spectrum Family Care

Build meaningful relationships with your own patient panel across the full age spectrum. Experience the satisfaction of comprehensive, mission-driven care.

Work-Life Balance

At Yakima Valley Farm Workers Clinic, we know how precious your time is. We think it is essential that we allow providers the time needed to complete charting, review labs, coordinate care, and manage patient messages during the workday rather than after hours.

Support for New Graduates

Starting a new clinical role is a big step and at Yakima Valley Farm Workers Clinic, you don’t have to take it alone. The best care happens when providers feel supported, confident, and connected. That’s why we’ve built intentional onboarding, mentorship, and training experiences designed to help you grow into your role at a pace that makes sense.
