Apply to the WIC Program

The Special Supplemental Nutrition Program for Women, Infant, and Children (WIC), is a program that helps pregnant women, new parents or guardians, and young children eat well, learn about nutrition, and stay healthy. WIC provides nutrition education and counseling, breastfeeding support, nutritious foods, and help to access health care. Nutrition education is the cornerstone of the WIC Program.

Applicants must meet the following criteria to be eligible for WIC:

• Live in Washington or Oregon.
• Be a pregnant, postpartum or breastfeeding individual, an infant, or a child under 5 years old.
• Meet income requirements.
