The friendly staff at the Lancaster Family Health Center at Beverly is ready to help. Our highly trained team of health care professionals offer a wide range of services, including:

  • WIC and nutrition guidance to help you reach your health goals
  • On-site pharmacy services and mail-delivery prescription services

We take most insurance plans, including Healthy Options, Medicaid, and Medicare. For after-hours medical care, call (503) 588-0076. If you have a concern regarding the quality or safety of your care, we encourage you to let us know.

Apply for our WIC program in Salem Oregon.

Our WIC program has four convenient locations in Marion County. Our WIC program in Salem Oregon is available at our two Lancaster Family Health Center clinics on Beverly Avenue and Lancaster Drive. Our Woodburn WIC offices are located at Salud Medical Center and Pacific Pediatrics. All of our Oregon WIC programs provide nutrition guidance, breastfeeding consultations, and referrals to local health care outlets and community services as needed.
